It’s been a while since I posted, I think my last was to update you about my blog tour for Love M.D. in April. Thanks to some amazing bloggers the tour was a success. Love M.D. has been doing well and has been steadily averaging between 4.6 and 4.7 out of 5 Stars on Goodreads. Thanks to all of you who took the time to read Love M.D. and for taking it a step further by writing a review.
Fast forward to today, I’ve started writing book #4 (50 thousand words in) and this past weekend I settled on a name – A Problematic Love. It is due to be released in February 2016.
A Problematic Love will feature Megan Kole from Love, Lies & The D.A. and Love M.D. and will be set in the beautiful state of Washington. She will meet a handsome bachelor named Daemon Ros and life as they know it will never be the same again.
I’m still not happy with the synopsis yet, but I promise, you can expect another post once it is completed.
If you’d like updates on A Problematic Love, the book has its own Facebook page, feel free to LIKE it HERE. As time draws near, I will host regular giveaways for ARCs of this upcoming release so this is one way for you to be in the loop.
In other news, I have recently opened Rebecca Rohman’s Clubhouse, a fan group on Facebook. It’s a place to share, discuss and promote all things Rebecca Rohman. Zach barges through my office door.
“Sleeping in? Looks like someone had a late night.”
“Good morning to you, too, Zach. As usual, so nice of you to knock.”
“Did someone get some action last night? I called you before midnight and no answer. That must have been some consult.”
“Shut up,” I laugh. “Mind your own business.”
“You are my business. Tell me about him.”
“There’s nothing to tell. He’s a doctor who just moved here from Seattle.”
“You like him.”
“No, I don’t like him,” I lie. “He’s married, and he’s a client. After Todd almost ruined this company we worked so hard to put together, I’d be an idiot to get involved with another client again.”
“Todd was an asshole. We’re going to interact with many people in our line of work. Don’t pass up an opportunity you might get to meet someone just because he might be a colleague. Not everyone is like Todd.”
“It’s a matter of principle, Zach. Clients are hands off. Need I remind you what Todd cost this business? I will never put you, this business or myself in that position ever again. I don’t mix business with pleasure and that’s final. I won’t even entertain the thought.”
“What if your true love or soul mate happens to be a client?”
“True love or soul mate? What the hell has gotten into you? Are you seeing someone? And I don’t mean the little trollops that come over for a weekend fling. Of late, you seem to be taking a keen interest in my love life.”
“Maybe,” he smiles, looking down, almost refusing to meet my gaze.
“Come on…who is she?”
He hesitates. “You don’t really know her.”
“Don’t really know her… You’re in love with her, aren’t you? That’s why you’ve been pushing me to meet someone.”
“Why didn’t you tell me about this before?”
“Who is this person? And why wouldn’t I approve?”
He pauses for a moment. “She’s… a little younger.”
“Define a little younger.”
“Nine years a-little-younger.”
“Does she love you?”
“She says she does.”
“Well, that’s all I care about. When do I meet her? And who is she?”
“As in Jonathan Kole’s sister? The lawyer?”
“That’s the one.”

★ Love M.D. Blurb
Due To Be Released In February 2015
As an accomplished interior designer in San Francisco’s Bay Area, Zoë Jenkins is used to transforming empty spaces into masterpieces. She leaves little square footage in her personal life for anything outside of her thriving business and a renewed relationship with her twin brother. After a decade spent ripped apart by circumstance and an entire ocean’s distance, she depends on no one but him. Until a sexy surgeon walks into her life.
Although Zoë can’t deny her attraction to the charming and benevolent Morgan Drake, he’s on her mental list of everything she should avoid. Past experience taught Zoë that dating clients compromises business. Add a not-yet-dissolved marriage to the mix and Doctor Hottie is definitely Doctor Off-limits.
Dr. Morgan Drake is surprised at the undeniable chemistry he feels when he’s in the same room as Zoë. The strikingly beautiful and solitary designer he hired to fill his new-start, new-city home makes it abundantly clear there will never be anything between them. But twelve years of medical school breeds persistence. He sets out to persuade the pants off Zoë Jenkins and show her what her empty spaces are missing.
Intense passion and amazing sex have a way of masking secrets—secrets that unravel a dangerous web of drugs, fraud and corruption that turn Zoë’s quiet spaces into a world where nothing is as it seems. With her life on the line, the good doctor responsible for her fiercest betrayal might just be the only one worthy of her finest interior masterpiece—this time, of her heart.
★ Love M.D. Excerpt ★
Morgan laughs and swims towards me. “You’re not too mad at me are you, baby?” he asks with that stupid boyish grin of his. I hate to admit it, but I absolutely love the sexy way baby just rolls off his lips.
“Good, because I’d hate this little incident to stop you from going out with me again.”
“Well if you’re trying to make an impression on a woman, I would advise you not to pursue this course of action in the future.”
“Not any woman-you,” he says, circling me in his arms.
I wrap my arms around his neck. “You’re trying to sweep me off my feet?”
He chuckles. “I hate to break it to you, but I think I just did.”
He leans forward, kissing me lightly on my neck then cheek and finally my lips. Returning his deep kiss, I taste him. A hint of citrus from the Chablis we enjoyed lingers behind.
He caresses my form, and raises my dress to my hip, enabling me to wrap my legs around his hard, rugged body. I’ve been so eager to be touched by him. And as our tongues are in this rapturous dance, the feel of his hands skimming over my breasts, then my hips and down to my ass leave me wanting more.

Happy Holidays to you and yours. It’s that time of the year again and despite the fact that I’m late (by my standards), I just wanted to invite you to sign up for my Christmas Giveaway.
I’ve been consumed with getting the revisions for Love M.D. done so that I could send it off to my editor, and I only got that completed on Friday. I’m still aiming for a release date sometime in February but I’m still don’t have and exact date yet.
I always like to give, but even more so at this time of year. Please sign up for my giveaway where you have a chance to win paperbacks of Love M.D., Love, Lies & The D.A., Uncorked and Advance Reading Copies (ARCs) of Love M.D. I’ll also be giving away this beautiful green Strada watch, which just looks Christmassy to me… and yes, that is a word. LOL
Happy Holidays to you this season, whether you celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanza or you have any other special traditions you celebrate at this time of the year, I just wanted to send warm wishes to you and yours.

October 1, 2014
It started with one pink watch…
In June of this year, I was fortunate to be invited to participate in the Authors and More Against Cancer Auction Event on Facebook. A number of authors contributed any and everything to this event: books, eBooks, I think I even remember seeing a beautiful chopping board. I contributed my books and a pair of garnet earrings.
At the time, I thought I was just contributing to a good cause. I remember saying to my husband that all it takes to make a difference is for one person to care. I know a long list of people who have battled or died from cancer including my Dad—who had colon cancer, my Granddad and Aunt’s husband, both who had prostate and my Grand mom who died of thyroid cancer not forgetting a long list of close family friends.
In preparation for this event, as the time drew near, I went in search of the earrings I knew I had somewhere (I always put things in a safe place, then I can never remember where the safe place is). I came across a box and was so thankful that I found it, but instead, what I found was a pink watch I’d purchased, but never used. I was annoyed with myself for a minute because despite the fact that this event wasn’t specific to breast cancer, I thought the pink watch would bring awareness to the breast cancer cause and that is where this idea started to germinate.
In the end, the Authors and More Against Cancer Author Event was a huge success but I knew, come October 2014 I had to do my part, and it all started with one pink watch…
In August, I started thinking about how I could make this special and hopefully create awareness and make a difference in at least one person’s life. Obviously, I hope for more, but if one woman or man detects cancer early because of something I posted on my page during the month of October it will be worth it.
So… in honor of breast cancer awareness month, I hope you will join me in any or all of the list of activities I have planned for the month of October. Even if your way of participating is by doing a breast self-exam, or getting a mammogram or sharing this post I hope to at least make some sort of a difference in someone’s life.
For the month of October, I will be celebrating the lives of 31 Women And Men Who Rock. Meet 31 BRAVE women and men who battled breast cancer and lost, or those who won and kicked it in the ass… Either way, in my eyes they ROCK! Read their stories, either from their perspective, or the families they left behind or those that lived to share their stories with us. Some are everyday people you won’t know, others you will recognize; I’ve learned that breast cancer touches women and men from all walks of life, with no regard for age, race, gender, social status or bank account. It touches everyone, some more than others but I hope by reading their stories we can all learn something from these brave men and women who battled the disease.
During the month of October, you can also expect a tip of the day. They will either be from resources I found online, or tips from women who lived through breast cancer and might see things from a different perspective… things that might help someone living with the disease.
Also, I currently have a grand Rafflecopter Giveaway including paperbacks of my books, e-copies of my Special Edition Box Set, all things pink swag and not forgetting the famous pink watch, I hope you will sign up.
In the last 3 months, I’ve spoken to some women, men and the families and friends who have had to battle breast cancer and I’ve learned so much. Before I started this journey, I did not know that MEN TOO can get breast cancer. Before I started this journey, I did not know that there are certain types of breast cancer that can affect us all and there is NO LUMP.
On this journey, I’ve met some amazingly brave women who have battled the disease, and won the fight. I’ve met some who have the disease, and continue to fight, either from the disease itself, or from complications that arise because of the initial treatment. And unfortunately, I’ve spoken to some of the family and friends who had battled the disease and did not live to tell us their story themselves. Breast cancer has the potential to affect all of us. Get checked out, get a mammogram, share info about the disease with your family and friends. And wives and girlfriends, speak to your husbands and your boyfriends. For me, that was one of the biggest surprises—not knowing that men got breast cancer too.
I have dedicated a section on my website to this cause, there you will find all the info that I will be sharing for the month of October. I hope you will find it helpful.
Last and by no means least, to all of the people who shared their stories, I sincerely would like to thank you for sharing. I realize that this is a very personal matter that can sometimes be very difficult to talk about but hopefully your stories will make a difference in the life of someone out there. The best of luck to you all. In my eyes—YOU ROCK!
